Your registration form should be verified positively by the organiser to guarantee your participation in the Forum.

Participation in the event for the representatives of public sector is free of charge.

To take part in the event representatives of private sector are obliged to make a payment in the amount of:

Number of seats is limited. The conference will take place online.

Participation of private entities in the PPP Forum – 300 pln brutto / person.

The payments should be made in the banking account of the City of Plock Office: 69 1020 1592 0000 2402 0273 2097

We kindly ask you to title your bank transfer as follows: “Forum_PPP_name_surname”.

*Representatives of private sector are asked to add also TIN (Tax Identification Number) in field Address while making a bank transfer.

Sponsors of PPP Forum are exempt from paying additional fees connected to registration, simultaneously, we remind you that registration is obligatory and every participant should be registered through registration form.
